There are about 50 questions. Most ask you to choose between two options; a few offer five. Word pairs are scattered through the situations; pick fast. A short set near the end asks where in your life each answer is true.
There are no neutral answers and no right answers. Choose the option that is more like you, even when both fit or neither quite does.
Answer from instinct, not training. What rises first, not what you have learned to do, and not what a good leader would do. When in doubt, the younger you is the better witness.
Move quickly. Your first answer is usually the true one.
